Job summary

Myvan Holdings, Inc. in Carcar City, Cebu, is seeking a Roofing Sales Engineer to expand the customer base and drive sales in the assigned territory. You will prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and sales documentation, and deliver technical presentations on roofing specs to clients.

You will conduct site visits, coordinate with production and logistics, build networks with contractors and distributors, and consistently hit sales quotas while maintaining activity reports.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Background in construction, roofing, or structural sales preferred.
• Strong technical acumen with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork in the assigned territory (residing in Carcar City, Cebu is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Execute field sales strategy to expand customer base across assigned territory.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, technical proposals, and sales documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations on roofing specs, applications, and installation details to clients and sell roofing products/solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess client/project requirements.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Establish strategic networks with contractors, developers, and distributors.
• Consistently hit designated sales quotas and maintain up-to-date activity reporting.
