Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Field Risk/Fraud Officer to identify, investigate, and mitigate risks across the assigned sales area in the Philippines. The role requires frequent on-site visits to stores, merchants, and customer residences to verify activities and prevent fraud.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in criminology, business administration, or a related field and has 2 years' experience in fraud investigation or risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminology, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• Ideally with 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, field audit, risk management, or sales operations.
• Background in financial services, lending, or fintech is an advantage.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to travel and perform extensive fieldwork including store visits, customer residence checks, and area validation.
