HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is hiring a skilled Rigger to safely perform rigging activities supporting lifting operations on project sites. You will inspect, prepare, and attach rigging gear, guide crane operators, and ensure loads are balanced and securely positioned.

Requirements include 2-3 years in rigging, TESDA Rigger NC I or equivalent, and strong safety knowledge. Must be physically fit, able to work outdoors, and willing to overtime as needed.

Formación

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Rigger.
• Valid TESDA Rigger NC I or equivalent certification.
• Knowledgeable in lifting operations, rigging techniques, and safety standards.
• Able to interpret lifting plans and load requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and on project sites.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and prepare lifting gear, slings, shackles, and other rigging equipment before use.
• Attach and secure loads properly for lifting and moving operations.
• Guide crane operators using standard hand and radio signals.
• Ensure loads are balanced, stable, and safely positioned during lifting activities.
• Conduct visual inspections of rigging equipment and report defects immediately.
• Coordinate with crane operators, signalmen, and ground personnel.
• Follow approved lifting plans, safety procedures, and site regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper storage of rigging equipment.
