Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as Hydraulic Crane Operator.
• TESDA NC II (Crane Operation) or equivalent certification.
• Knowledgeable in safe lifting operations, load charts, and crane safety standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and on project sites.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic cranes safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Verify load weights and ensure proper lifting procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with signalmen, riggers, and site personnel during lifting operations.
• Follow approved lifting plans, safety policies, and site regulations.
• Monitor equipment condition and promptly report defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of assigned equipment.
• Ensure safe transport, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials.
