Job summary

Trevi Foundations Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Rigger to conduct rigging operations, inspections, and load handling on construction sites in the Metro Manila area. You will coordinate with crane operators, ensure safe lifting, and maintain equipment according to safety standards.

The role requires a TESDA NC I in Rigging and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rigging equipment, lifting procedures, hoisting operations.
• Experience-based understanding of crane hand signals and load balancing.
• Ability to follow safety standards and participate in toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, prepare, and maintain rigging equipment before and after use.
• Select appropriate rigging gear based on load and lifting requirements.
• Attach, secure, and balance loads for lifting using proper rigging techniques.
• Guide crane operators during lifting through hand signals and radio communication.
• Set, align, level, and position heavy equipment and materials as directed.
• Conduct pre-use and post-use inspections and report defects.
• Monitor lifting activities to ensure safety and compliance with plans.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment.
• Maneuver loads with cranes, hoists, and manual rigging as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
