Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking a Cargo Crane/Boom Truck Operator to safely operate lifting equipment at project sites and ensure compliance with safety procedures. The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, TESDA NC II certification, and a valid driver's license.

Outdoor work and overtime may be required. Responsibilities include performing daily inspections, load verification, coordination with riggers, and maintaining equipment and load security throughout transport and lifting

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Cargo Crane or Boom Truck Operator.
• Valid TESDA NC II (Truck-Mounted Crane/Crane Operation) or equivalent certification.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate restriction code/classification.
• Knowledgeable in lifting operations, load charts, and crane safety standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and on project sites.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cargo crane/boom truck safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the crane and truck.
• Verify load weights and ensure lifting activities are within equipment capacity.
• Load, unload, lift, and transport materials safely to designated locations.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site personnel during lifting operations.
• Follow approved lifting plans, traffic rules, and site safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment condition and promptly report defects or malfunctions.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Ensure proper securing of loads before transport.
