Job summary

Culion Foundation, Inc. seeks a Project Officer to support the Project Manager in day-to-day field implementation of the Oplan Manunuyod Project, focusing on community-based contact investigation, TB preventive treatment, and community engagement.

The role serves as the primary focal person for field operations, supervising Community Navigators and coordinating with RHUs, barangays, and local stakeholders to ensure activities align with the work plan and NTP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or other relevant health or development-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and implementation of Oplan Manunuyod activities and serves as the focal person for day-day field implementation in assigned project areas.
• Supervises, coaches, and provides regular technical and operational support to Community Navigators, including monitoring their work plans, field activities, accomplishments, and deliverables.
• Conducts regular field monitoring and supervisory visits to assess implementation progress, provide technical assistance, and promptly address or elevate operational concerns.
• Coordinates closely with RHU physicians, nurses, NTP personnel, barangay health workers, barangay officials, and other local stakeholders to facilitate effective project implementation and delivery of TB services.
