Philippine Business For Social Progress, Inc. is seeking a Project-based TB Program Officer to provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities and coordinate with laboratories and health offices within Pasig.

Responsibilities include TB testing, treatment initiation, and data reporting, with emphasis on program compliance and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health and 2+ years TB-DOTS experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Science with TB program experience.
• Experience in PMDT/TB-DOTS is preferred.
• Strong English and local language communication; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities for TB management and program compliance.
• Coordinate with laboratories and health offices to ensure TB testing and treatment continuity.
• Support data collection, reporting, and ITIS updates for TB programs.
• Assist in TB mass screenings and caregiver training within catchment areas.
• Manage administrative tasks and liaise with partners and stakeholders.
