Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree required; PRC license preferred.
• Experience in construction project implementation is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in roofing, cladding, ceilings or façade systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel, perform fieldwork and render overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project site operations and manpower.
• Monitor project schedule, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare accomplishment reports, billing requirements and project documentation.
• Ensure timely project completion and successful turnover
