Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable response to all queries about membership, loan products, and other information about the Cooperative.
Offer cooperative products and services to qualified individuals and encourage membership.
Ensure loans of member-borrowers applied within the day are processed before closing hours.
Counter-check processed loans for correctness of net proceeds, deductions, and loan insurance premiums.
Conduct marketing and community engagement activities, contributing to lead generation and brand presence.
