Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable response to queries about membership/loan products and information about the Cooperative.
• Offer Cooperative products and services to qualified individuals and encourage them to apply for membership with AFPFC MPC.
• Ensure that all loans of member-borrowers applied within the day are thoroughly processed before the closing of office hours.
• Counter-check all processed loans to ensure the correctness of the amount of net proceeds and deductions as well as loan insurance premiums.
• Conduct marketing and community engagement activities (e.g., flyering, information drives, unit visits), contributing to lead generation, community engagement, and brand presence.

• AFPFC MPC Jamindan Satellite Office - Barangay Jaena Norte, Jamindan, Capiz (near Camp General Macario B. Peralta Jr.)

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide knowledgeable response or well-informed response to all queries of clients making inquiry about membership /loan products and other information about the Cooperative;

• Offer Cooperative products and services to qualified individuals and encourage them to apply for membership with AFPFC MPC;
