AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative in the Philippines is seeking a capable professional to handle member documents, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly, while upholding cooperative policies.
You will maintain member records, assist in planning social development programs, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with CDA regulations and internal governance guidelines.

Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position.
At least one (1) year of experience in cooperative operations or marketing / membership roles.
Familiarity with CDA regulations and cooperative by-laws.
Strong understanding of credit operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and stakeholders.
Receive and process documents while addressing members' complaints, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of member concerns and ensure resolutions comply with Cooperative policies and FCPAMS standards.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring social development programs and Cooperative activities.
Support compliance with Cooperative policies, CDA regulations, and internal governance guidelines.
Prepare and organize reports, records, and other administrative documents as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of member services and timely resolution of concerns.
