University degree in Social Work or related discipline is required.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan, provide operational oversight and engage with communities to promote CI programs.
Recruit, onboard, supervise, and develop service area staff (e.g., Field Officers).
Lead start-up activities, service area establishment, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with data collection, reporting, and safeguarding policies.
Build and maintain partnerships with local government units, schools, and community orgs.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust implementation approaches as needed.
Facilitate staff development, performance management, and a learning culture.
