Plan International Pilipinas seeks a Training Coordinator to support day-to-day ECCD project activities at the community level in BARMM. TheTraining Coordinator (TC) plays a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day implementation of the project at the community level. This role works closely with daycare workers, teachers, parents, caregivers, community leaders, and local government units (LGUs) to help improve early childhood care and learning services.
The role supports center‑based and home‑based early learning programs, including Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP), and helps communities organize activities that are safe, inclusive, and appropriate to their local context.
This role is field‑based and involves active community engagement. The Training Coordinator helps ensure that all activities follow Plan International Pilipinas’ principles on child protection, safeguarding, gender equality and inclusion, and inclusive quality education.
