Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Analyst in Manila to validate and analyze endorsed site leads, review station assets, and assess profitability across CO stations.

You will conduct market research, traffic counts, and monitor cash flow while supporting North Manila and Northern Luzon. A 3+ year background in financial data analysis with a related degree is required, plus driving ability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial data analysis and business accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates or 1+ year operations/finance experience; must drive a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Validate data submitted by REOsto to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Identify profitable locations and assess site viability for future expansion.
• Perform market research, traffic counts, and analyze site information.
• Review current assets (inventory, cash, ARs) and manage Credit Limits per station.
• Monitor cash movements and ensure compliance with cash management processes.
• Manage ARs of Key Accounts to keep credit limits within secured levels.

What is this role about?

This role is responsible for validating and performing due diligence of endorsed company-owned site leads for acquisition as well as checking and reviewing the current assets (inventory, cash, ARs) of existing CO stations, and review monthly profitability of stations.

What will YOU do?

• Validate data submitted by REOsto ensure accuracy and appropriateness of the data given by acquisition team

• Identify preferred market areasto find the most profitable locations for the business and site superiority - best site in the area

• Identify site viabilityto recommend appropriate suitable station and capital expenditure size

• Perform market researchto validate and analyze site information

• Conduct traffic countto analyze the volume forecast/projections for the trade area

• Validatestation current asset data (invetory, cash, ARs)in order to manage the Credit Limit per station

• Monitor movement of cash to ensure that approved cash management process is followed by checking on various stages of cash transmittance (deposits, cash in transit, cash in vault, non-cash remittances, posting by Treasury/Accounting of payments)

• Manage ARs of Key Accountsto ensure credit limit of Key Accounts are always below secured levels

What will YOU need?

• At least 3 years of experience in financial data analysis and business accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other related courses

• Open to fresh graduates or at least 1 year operations and finance experience

• Can drive 4-wheels vehicle

• Must be willing to handle North Manila and Northern Luzon areas
