Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a field debt collection agent to visit clients and recover outstanding payments. You will plan actions, negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans, and handle client inquiries while aiming to meet recovery targets.

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
• Meet company target for recoveries

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
• Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
