Home Credit Philippines is looking for field workers to conduct door-to-door debt collection efforts. Responsibilities include planning actions, negotiating payment plans, and addressing client questions or complaints. Candidates need to have a means of transportation for field visits and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• Previous work experience not required but experience in field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field work with door-to-door visits for debt collection.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment deadlines or plans.
• Handle client questions or complaints regarding balances.
• Meet company targets for recoveries.

Conocimientos

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)

Educación

At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Field work. Door-to-door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance.
• Meet company target for recoveries.

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
• Previous work experience not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.
