Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field collections agent to visit clients in Dagupan and nearby areas to recover outstanding balances. You will plan recovery actions, negotiate payoff deadlines, and handle client inquiries with a focus on successful settlements.

Experience in field collections is a plus, but not required; high school graduates are welcome to apply. The role offers mobility for field visits and opportunities for growth within the company.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
• Meet company target for recoveries

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
