Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring for a field collection role focused on door-to-door visits to recover outstanding balances. You will plan action steps, negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans, and resolve client questions while aiming to meet the company’s recovery targets.

This frontline position requires mobility to visit clients and strong negotiation skills. Direct hire and regular employment are offered, with perks including mobility subsidies, performance bonuses, and health coverage

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
• Meet company target for recoveries

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
