MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to support field marketing and partnerships, coordinating outreach with schools and external partners. The role involves on-site work, visiting partner institutions, and assisting in promotional activities.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, prepare presentations and materials, and help track engagement outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in marketing are preferred; travel and fieldwork are essential.

Location : MFI Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (Landmark: The Medical City)

Employment Type : Full-time, Fixed-Term (9 months)

Work Arrangement: On-site with regular fieldwork

Schedule : Monday–Friday (Day Shift); frequent school and partner visits

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is looking for a Marketing Associate (Field Marketing & Partnerships) to support outreach, promotions, and partnership coordination activities of the Marketing & Sales Department.

This role goes beyond desk-based or purely digital marketing. It involves regular fieldwork, direct engagement with schools and external partners, and close coordination with internal academic and training teams to support student recruitment, program promotion, and institutional partnerships.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with off-site work, school visits, and partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to schools, partner institutions, LGUs, and external organizations to promote MFI programs
• Support outreach activities such as orientations, roadshows, career fairs, and marketing events
• Coordinate with external partners and internal units to ensure smooth execution of marketing and partnership activities
• Assist in preparing presentations, outreach materials, and post-activity reports
• Maintain records of leads, partner contacts, and engagement outcomes
• Represent MFI professionally during meetings, visits, and promotional activities
• Support other Marketing & Sales initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Comfortable with fieldwork and external coordination, not limited to office-based tasks
• Confident communicator who can represent an institution during meetings and visits
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple outreach activities
• Willing to travel regularly for school and partner visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, outreach, partnerships, or field coordination
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Willing and able to perform regular fieldwork

Advantage (Not Required)

• Exposure to or experience communicating with maritime, shipping, or technical-vocational industries

Working Conditions

• Based at MFI Ortigas, Pasig Campus
• Combination of office-based work and regular field visits
• May occasionally assist during weekend events or expos
• Reports directly to the Marketing Manager
