Job summary

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to support field marketing and partnerships, coordinating outreach with schools and external partners. The role involves on-site work, visiting partner institutions, and assisting in promotional activities.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, prepare presentations and materials, and help track engagement outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in marketing are preferred; travel and fieldwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Regular fieldwork and partner coordination expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to travel for school and partner visits.
• Experience in outreach, promotions or field coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to promote MFI programs with schools and partners.
• Support outreach activities such as orientations, roadshows, and events.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal units for smooth execution of activities.
• Prepare presentations, outreach materials, and post-event reports.
• Maintain records of leads, partner contacts, and engagement outcomes.
• Represent MFI professionally during meetings, visits, and promotional activities.
• Assist Marketing Manager with related initiatives.
