Asiawide Human Resources is seeking a proactive Field Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to drive campaigns across assigned territories.

You will engage customers, promote brand visibility at trade shows, in-store promotions, roadshows, and community events, and distribute materials to retailers.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the willingness to travel, including weekends if needed, to grow the brand footprint.

• Proven experience in field marketing, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel or work in various locations (including weekends if needed)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
