You will visit target sites daily, distribute promotional materials, organize outdoor events, engage customers, and report results to the marketing team; the role requires physical activity, willingness to travel locally, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Field marketing, sales, or promotional experience preferred.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors.
• Strong people skills and persuasive communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily field targets.
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends/evenings.

• Maintain records of daily activities, contacts made, and materials distributed.
• Take photos and document field activities for reporting and social media use.
• Build relationships with local vendors, community leaders, and potential partners to support outreach.
• Report on field performance, challenges, and opportunities to the marketing team.

• Previous field marketing, sales, or promotional experience preferred.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
