Job summary

New RBW Marketing Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell food products to vendors, stallholders, and clients in public markets within designated areas to meet daily sales quotas.

Ideal candidates are aggressive, self-motivated high school graduates with 1-2 years of sales or field experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will perform field work, maintain relationships, and handle administrative tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Completed high school with good communication skills.
• 1-2 years of sales or field experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Aggressive, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude.
• Willingness to work in public markets (field work).
• Having a motorcycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Selling & Prospecting in public markets.
• Meet daily sales quotas and drive market growth.
• Maintain product visibility and strong relationships with market stallholders.
• Complete Daily Call Reports (DCR), manage customer profiles, and handle orders/payments documents.
• Conduct extensive daily field work in public markets.
