ADAMCO is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to promote agricultural products and services across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with farmers, dealers, and cooperatives, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support to maximize crop productivity.

The role involves extensive fieldwork, traveling within the province, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to achieve sales targets and support sustainable farming practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate in agriculture-related field such as Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in agricultural sales or field marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's agricultural products and services to farmers, dealers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Visit farmers, distributors, dealers, and agricultural groups within the area.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets.
• Assist in organizing agricultural events, field days, trade fairs, and seminars.
• Provide basic product knowledge and technical guidance to customers.
• Prepare and submit timely sales, activity, and territory reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Visit farmers, distributors, dealers, and agricultural cooperatives within the assigned area.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry trends.

• Must possess a valid driver's license (motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage).
• Honest, self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of crops, farming practices, and agricultural inputs is an advantage.

Assigned provincial territory (e.g., Albay, Palawan, Bataan, Mindoro, Bukidnon, Davao, Zamboanga, etc.)
