Job summary

RSL Food Product is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Staff to support our sales activities, promote products, develop lasting customer relationships, and help achieve our sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, customer-focused, and proactive.

The role involves promoting and selling products, identifying new opportunities, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting in marketing campaigns. Fieldwork and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related position is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to build positive relationships.
• Proactive, motivated, and results-driven.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using social media and basic digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, meet clients, or travel when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and/or services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, messages, social media, referrals, events, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and post marketing content on social media platforms and other relevant channels.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, leads, and transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer orders.
