Job summary

Envision Energy seeks a proactive Liaison Officer / Community Relations Officer to be the primary field representative for the renewable energy project developer. You will coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, landowners, and communities to support approvals and positive relations.

You will engage communities, manage grievances, document progress, and translate information between English/Filipino and Bisaya/Cebuano to foster respectful dialogue across Visayas and Mindanao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant liaison/community relations experience.
• Fluent in Bisaya/Cebuano with strong Filipino and English skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, landowners, and local communities on project matters.
• Facilitate meetings, endorsements, clearances, and other government requirements.
• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and document meetings and commitments.
• Assist in community engagement programs and grievance management.
• Provide regular reports on community and government activities and risks.
