Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Community Relations Officer to manage relationships with host communities, LGUs, landowners, and stakeholders across project development, construction, and operations. You will ensure social acceptability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with international ESG standards.

The role involves stakeholder mapping, public consultations, right-of-way support, and development of CSR programs, with rigorous GRM processes and ongoing reporting to lenders and regulators.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or external affairs.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in LGU coordination, ECC-related public consultations, and landowner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the Company and host communities, LGUs, landowners, and local organizations to maintain social license to operate.
• Lead stakeholder mapping and maintain a plan aligned with ESG and lender requirements.
• Coordinate public consultations, community assemblies, and grievance redress processes.
• Support land acquisition and ROW activities with landowners and occupants; manage expectations on compensation and impacts.
• Develop and implement CSR programs aligned with ESG policies and lender expectations; monitor delivery and reporting.
