• Acquire and secure land for project development, negotiate leases or purchases.
• Conduct due diligence on property documents and land rights.
• Manage permits, licenses, and compliance with LGUs and agencies.
• Perform site inspections and data management; maintain land records.
• Engage with communities and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
