Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support accurate monitoring, verification, documentation, and reporting of inventory across assigned stations. The role focuses on ensuring proper inventory recording, timely variance identification, and adherence to control procedures.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, audit, warehouse ops, or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock monitoring, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Execute the assigned monthly inventory monitoring and audit schedule within established timelines.
• Visit stations to verify inventory against system records and supporting documents.
• Perform petroleum inventory counts and verify variances, shortages, and overages.
• Validate inventory movements including deliveries, transfers, sales, and adjustments.
• Monitor receiving, storage, handling, and recording of petroleum and non-petroleum products.
• Prepare and submit complete, accurate inventory reports within deadlines.
