Job summary

Hi-Precision Diagnostics Center, Inc. is seeking an inventory-focused professional to perform branch inventories, reconcile stock usage, and maintain asset records. You will ensure accuracy of worksheets and monitor vaccine stocks, supporting a responsive, compliant operation.

The role involves semi-annual asset inventories and contributing to department procedures, with emphasis on punctual field work and clear communication with teams across branches.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With at least 1 year relevant experience is a plus.
• With good communication skills (both oral and written).
• Computer literate.
• Willing to do field work and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Auditor's Code of Ethics.
• Conducts inventory to branches and prepares inventory worksheets to ensure reconciliation of supplies and consumption of branches.
• Monitors stocks of vaccine and ensure one collection kit of branches.
• Perform semi-annual inventory in Asset Department all the asset items are accounted for.
• Contributes to the accomplishment of the team's goals, formulate blueprint's documented procedures and forms for department.
