Job summary

Pronto Distribution Group is seeking a Food Service Account Developer to visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resorts on a motorcycle route within La Union, Philippines. You will secure orders, ensure strong brand visibility, and hit monthly targets while managing a territory and maintaining client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome. Non-culinary grads should have at least 1 year in the food industry, with strong negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; non-culinary graduates must have at least 1 year of experience working in the food industry
• Strong negotiation skills are required
• Basic math for order computations is needed
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Valid Driver's License (Restriction 1 or 2) is required
• Ownership of a motorcycle is required
• Willingness to perform field work daily, rain or shine, and meet physical demands

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, pitch products or services, and close deals with new clients
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell and upsell complementary products, maximizing account value and customer retention
• Build long-term partnerships by conducting regular client meetings and addressing concerns
• Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and maintain records of client interactions using CRM software
• Keep up to date on market trends and competitor activity; collaborate with marketing to maximize outreach
