Job summary

Greenstrides Pte Ltd, Singapore, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to translate energy‑efficiency innovations into real customer savings. You will start hands-on at customer sites, learning the ground reality and building repeatable deployment processes.

You will eventually lead implementation teams across regions, standardising site surveys, installation protocols and training programmes. Nighttime work may be required in the early years to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with electrical systems, HVAC and building controls is preferred.
• Willingness to work hands-on at customer sites, including nights during early years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site surveys at restaurants, hotels and commercial buildings.
• Understand existing electrical, refrigeration, ventilation, HVAC and control systems.
• Collect equipment specs, measurements and site data.
• Translate assessments into practical implementation plans.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and technology partners.
• Supervise installation and integration of Greenstrides technologies.
• Monitor energy savings and post-implementation performance.
• Train teams and develop deployment procedures.
