Job summary

Barghest Building Performance Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Sustainability Manager to ensure reliable energy-management solutions and high customer satisfaction. You will oversee service operations, enforce engineering standards, drive maintenance excellence, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to support growth.

Responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, managing maintenance plans, and improving performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, or Energy Management is advantageous.
• SCEM certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy management with HVAC exposure.
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement, service management and/or mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; trusted advisor to clients.
• Able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel and engage in fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & Technical Oversight: Monitor system performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Emergency & Crisis Management: Lead response, investigate issues and ensure continuity.
• Maintenance Strategy & Execution: Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Team Development & Leadership: Mentor engineers and align with service strategy.
• Customer Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Maintain relationships and drive service value.
