Red Construction Technik is seeking a Field Engineer to support on-site construction activities, coordinating with foremen, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and safety standards.
You will monitor daily progress, conduct inspections, prepare site reports, and assist senior engineers in resolving field issues while maintaining quality and schedule integrity.
PURPOSE:
The Field Engineer is responsible for supporting and monitoring on‑site construction activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role focuses on field implementation, coordination, inspections, and reporting, serving as a key link between the site workforce and engineering management.

Report unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Help monitor material usage, equipment availability, and manpower deployment
Support logistics and site organization efforts
Prepare daily site reports, inspection checklists, and progress updates
Maintain records of site activities and accomplishments
Identify site issues, conflicts, or risks
Assist in implementing solutions under the guidance of senior engineers
Contract management

Field Engineers primarily work on construction sites, with occasional office work for documentation, coordination, and reporting.
