Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any business/technical-related course
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field
• Preferably with experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, generators, equipment rental, leasing, or related industries
• Knowledge of equipment applications, rental/sales processes, and basic technical specifications is an advantage
• Strong skills in sales, business development, client acquisition, and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in preparing quotations, proposals, sales reports, client presentations, and other sales documentation
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to conduct field visits, client meetings, site inspections, and equipment presentations as required
• Willing to travel or conduct field work depending on client and project requirements
