Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in Cebu. You will design, develop, test, and support SaaS applications and AI-powered solutions, contributing across the full software lifecycle with modern cloud practices.

You will work in a small, autonomous delivery team to build scalable features, APIs, user experiences, and AI agents that deliver value to customers worldwide. Hybrid work with industry-leading learning opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering production software applications.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue and APIs/services.
• Relational databases, SQL, and data modelling expertise.
• Cloud platforms and container-based deployments (CI/CD).
• Git workflows and automated testing practices.
• Experience integrating apps with platforms or extensibility models.
• Understanding AI agents and modern AI application patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver SaaS product features across the stack.
• Develop services, APIs, front-end apps, and data models.
• Build AI agents that integrate with the AMCS Platform and AI framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot using logs, metrics, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Work in CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and release software safely.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and platform teams.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture.
• Mentor less experienced engineers where appropriate.
