Job summary

Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation is hiring a Field Credit Investigator to conduct field visits, verify employment and business details, and perform credit checks for truck and auto loan applicants.

The role requires willingness to work in the field, owning a motorcycle or car with a valid driver’s license, and the ability to interview clients and compile accurate credit reports. Hours are on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Field Credit Investigator for truck/auto loans.
• Must be willing to perform field work.
• Own motorcycle or car with a valid driver’s license.
• Preference for ability to drive car and motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, neighborhood checking, employment verification, business verification, and applicant visits/interviews.
• Perform bank checking and trade checking.
• Visit clients for credit verification.
• Prepare and submit accurate credit reports.
• Communicate confidently with strangers and work under pressure.
• Perform other duties as required.
