Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a Credit Investigator to review and verify borrower information, conduct field investigations, and validate financial, employment, and personal backgrounds. You will interview borrowers and co-borrowers, conduct site visits to residences, businesses, and project sites, and prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) with recommendations.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig will be provided;

The role involves preparing investigation findings and recommending appropriate loan actions based on verified information.

Main Responsibilities

• Review and verify borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.

• Interview borrowers and co-borrowers to confirm relevant information.

• Conduct field visits to residences, businesses, and project sites.

• Verify the applicant’s identity, residence, business, employment, and background.

• Conduct third-party verification through visits, calls, or email.

• Verify employment, bank accounts, trade references, agency records, and character references.

• Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide recommendations based on investigation results.
