Job summary

You will escalate daily activities to Head Office and use skip tracing resources to locate clients who owe payments. You will negotiate and persuade clients, serve demand letters, and encourage online payments over cash collection, while ensuring postdated checks are clean and valid.

• Pick up postdated checks and ensure that the checks have no erasures or overwriting.
