Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle high-volume outbound calls to negotiate, service, and collect on portfolio accounts, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Maintain accurate records, work toward payment solutions, and achieve KPIs. Knowledge of debt collection regulations and empathy in negotiations will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work rostered hours when required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills with patience, perseverance, and empathy.
• Experience in collections, customer service, or sales call center environments.

Responsabilités

• High volume outbound calls to negotiate, service, and collect on portfolio accounts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to maximize satisfaction and mitigate complaints or escalations.
• Provide accurate advice on products, services, and accounts.
• Maximize recovery of arrears to ensure targets are consistently met.
• Work toward solutions with customers through empathy and negotiation.
• Follow up on accounts to ensure payment plans are fulfilled.
• Achieve KPIs and targets on both individual and departmental levels.
• Perform account administration and other duties as required.
