INGCOPH Traders Inc. in Guagua invites applications for a Field Collection Staff to support timely payments within the North Luzon area. This field-based role requires visiting customers, securing SOAs/ORs, and recording payments while coordinating with Finance, AR, Sales, and branches.

A valid driver's license and motorcycle are required, and a company motorcycle is provided. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and prior field-collections or AR experience, with strong communication,

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in field collections, AR, billing, or credit and collections.
• Familiar with SOA, ORs, collection documents and payment records.
• Knowledgeable in payment collection procedures and monitoring.
• Capable of coordinating with Finance, AR, Sales, and branch operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for field reporting and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and document management.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and be able to operate a motorcycle.
• Company-issued motorcycle will be provided for field assignments.
• Willing to travel extensively in North Luzon Area.
• Highly dependable, organized and able to work independently.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers within the assigned territory to facilitate collection of outstanding payments.
• Deliver and secure acknowledgment of SOAs and billing documents.
• Receive customer payments and document collections before endorsement to Finance.
• Maintain custody of collected funds, ORs, SOAs, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable Team on payment updates and schedules.
• Provide field reports on visits, payment status, and collection progress.
• Support collection efforts by following up overdue accounts per schedule.
• Work with Sales Representatives and branch staff to execute collection activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports with supporting documents.
• Act as authorized representative for delivering/receiving collection documents.
• Provide operational support to nearby branches when not scheduled.
• Perform other field collection, coordination, and admin tasks as assigned.
