Job summary

Wheeltek Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Collection Associate for a full-time role. You will conduct field engagements with overdue clients, assess barriers to payment, and expedite recoveries while negotiating payment plans to help customers settle debts.

You will maintain detailed records of interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course with diploma; experience in collections is a plus.
• Possession of Non-Professional or Professional Driver's License.
• Able to drive motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional field engagements with overdue clients to assess barriers and facilitate recovery of receivables.
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements to help customers settle debt.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an effective collections process.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to debt collection.
