Job summary

Wheeltek Group of Companies - Head Office is seeking a dedicated Collection Associate for a full-time role in the Philippines. You will help recover overdue payments by engaging with customers and negotiating plans, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year course with diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Collection roles is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license (non-professional or professional) and ability to drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field engagements with overdue clients to assess barriers and recover receivables.
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements for settling debts.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an effective collections process.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and legal requirements related to debt collection.
