Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and achievement of collection targets.
• Maintain accurate collection records and documentation.
• Prepare collection reports and account status updates.
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding customer payment concerns.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while enforcing company collection policies.
