Wheeltek Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Collection Associate for a full-time role. You will conduct field engagements with overdue clients, assess barriers to payment, and expedite recoveries while negotiating payment plans to help customers settle debts.

You will maintain detailed records of interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course with diploma; experience in collections is a plus.
• Possession of Non-Professional or Professional Driver's License.
• Able to drive motor vehicle.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Collection Associate to join our team. As a Collection Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation by effectively recovering overdue payments from our customers.
