Job summary

Wheeltek Group of Companies - Head Office is seeking a dedicated Collection Associate for a full-time role in the Philippines. You will help recover overdue payments by engaging with customers and negotiating plans, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year course with diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Collection roles is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license (non-professional or professional) and ability to drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field engagements with overdue clients to assess barriers and recover receivables.
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements for settling debts.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an effective collections process.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and legal requirements related to debt collection.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Collection Associate to join our team. As a Collection Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation by effectively recovering overdue payments from our customers. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. 1. Conduct professional field engagements with overdue clients to assess financial barriers and facilitate the expedited recovery of outstanding receivables
2. 2. Negotiating payment plans and arrangements to help customers settle their debt
3. 3. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
4. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective collections process
5. 5. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to debt collection

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 1. Any 4-year course with diploma, preferably (but not required) with experience as a Collection Associate/Specialist or similar roles
2. 2. With Non Professional or Professional Driver's License
3. 3. Can drive motor
