Job summary

You will conduct field visits, handle skip tracing, educate customers on repayment options, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams to meet targets. Must own a motorcycle and have 1–2 years in field collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in field collections, debt recovery, loan collections, or related role in banking/financing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Willing to travel extensively for field assignments.
