Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applications for a Collections Associate to manage and negotiate settlements for past due accounts. This role involves field activities and coordinating with various units to resolve client requests, based in La Trinidad, Benguet.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in collections within financial services and be open to assignments in the Cordillera region. Knowledge of credit products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four year course.
• At least 2 yrs experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions.
• Work experience from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may also be considered.
• Must be willing to do field work.
• Willing to be assigned in La Trinidad, Benguet.

• Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.
• Ensures that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.
