The Collections Officer will evaluate past due portfolios and help maintain delinquency at a minimum while handling collection calls to negotiate settlements and route client requests to the appropriate units. Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in collections in banks or other financial institutions.
• Work experience from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may be considered.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
